Website use

Content on this website is for general information about SoftHexaTech services. It is not a binding offer until both sides agree a written scope, timeline and commercial terms.

Enquiries

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. SoftHexaTech may decline work that is a poor fit or that we cannot support.

Intellectual property

Site copy, design and code remain SoftHexaTech property unless a project agreement says otherwise. Client software ownership is defined in that agreement.
