These acronyms get used as if they were interchangeable. They are not. Buying the wrong one usually means you still keep a spreadsheet for the work the system does not cover.

CRM

Customer relationship management is about people you are trying to sell to, and later the customers you retain. Leads, pipeline, follow-ups, activities. SoftHexaTech’s pages: CRM development and real estate CRM.

ERP

Enterprise resource planning is about running the operation: inventory, purchasing, orders, sometimes finance. It answers “what do we have, what did we buy, what did we deliver?” See ERP development.

HRMS

Human resource management software is about employees: records, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, hiring and reviews. See HRMS development.

Can one system do all three?

A custom platform can share login and master data. That does not mean you should start with everything. Most growing businesses need a CRM first or an operations core first. HR can wait if attendance already works elsewhere.
